Store Policy

  • Please allow 3-6 working days for standard shipping.  We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage incurred while the item is on transit but we will gladly assist you any way we can.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once item has been shipped.


  • We accept exchanges within 7 days from the time you received the item and as long as item is in the same condition as it were received.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that all shipping fees back to us (Davao) and again to you will be shouldered by you.


  • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.


  • We will process your orders within 24 hours.  Deposit slips emailed before 12nn will be processed within the day and deposit slips emailed past 12nn will be processed the next working day.
